Thai stocks opened up 0.34% at the start of trade this morning. The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 1,705.44 points, up 5.79 points from Saturday’s close. The trade value was 1.49 billion baht, with 235.2 million shares traded. The SET50 index opened at 1,093.97 points, up 4.73 points, or 0.43% with a total trade value of 940.83 million baht. The MAI index stood at 545.18 points, up 0.48 points or 0.09%, with total transaction value of 163.2 million baht.
